Head Chef Philip Akrill has had experience in Michelin star restaurants, and is often out sourcing wild garlic and woodland sorrel from the local woods and fields. The Green Room is run by Philip and wife Rachel and is a relaxed, cosy environment with a relaxed atmosphere.
